Appearance wise, it does seem to be a superior product and it certainly
has some interesting features which make it stand out, but the bottom
line in my book is ease of use.
How difficult is it to get to know and use?Unfortunately, and in
spite of, or perhaps because of, all of the features packaged
into Netscape, I find it a mind-numbing experience to use, particularly
if you decide to set your "Preferences" in the "Edit" menu.
Experienced users may find some of the extra features available within
Netscape useful but the less experienced user would probably feel much
more comfortable with the Avant web browser
or plain Internet Explorer (with of course, a plug-in to stop pop-ups
windows).
