| Hepatic injury including elevated serum hepatic enzyme levels and
hepatitis, some of which have been severe, has been reported.
In some cases, these events have occurred in the presence of other
drugs that have been associated with hepatic injury.
The potential of additive effects from multiple drugs or other hepatotoxic
agents (e.g., alcohol) has not been determined.
