Suspicious papanicolaou smears (pap smears) and vaginal haemorrhage were reported as frequent post marketing events by patients with multiple sclerosis using Copaxone.

Post marketing and clinical trials reported injection site reaction as common.

Reactions include injection site edema (swelling), injection site atrophy (wasting away of tissue), abscess and injection site hypersensitivity.
