Multiple Sclerosis

Depression, suicidal ideation, and suicide attempts have been reported to occur with increased frequency in patients receiving interferon compounds.

Impairment of Fertility

 
No studies have been conducted to evaluate the effects of Rebif on fertility in humans.

In animal studies, no effects were observed in menstrual cycling or estradiol levels.

It is unknown whether the data from animal studies can be extrapolated to humans.
