Long Overdue Update

If you've read the brief history of the site you will know this site has been in need of an update for a very long time.
Unfortunately, redoing a site from scratch is a pretty complicated business and not something you want to do if you can't complete what you start.

This site first kicked off in 2002. Initially, and with not much knowledge about the internet or creating websites it was kind of thrown together in a piecemeal way.
Using a freebie version of Frontpage 98 that came with a secondhand computer I was given it seemed to work - well, it appeared on the web at least.
